Finally, our food fair had a nice and memorable ending...
and now..i realized that handling a fair or
an event is not that easy...
many perspectives have to take into consideration...
In this UCSI food fair... i clashed my 3 subjects in the same day...
fortunately, all my members and friends
co-operated with each
other to make this event has a thumb up ending....

on oyster and milk....

allthough we did not get any
prize about the
design or
the oral presentation ...
me myself still feel that

meat spoilage...
breakout..
cases... and
methods to choose
fresh meat~~
3rd: Food Processing & Preservative
Our new developed product is
"Chocolate Banana Wanton"
named * Crispy Kazz*
I was frying 500
"Wantons" on that day....
Very tiring job.....
